“An international energy company has confirmed that it will move its Dublin regional headquarters to Bridge Park. Cenovus Energy, an Alberta, Canada-based oil and gas producer, is relocating from 5550 Blazer Pkwy. to 4455 Bridge Park Ave. JLL represented the company in the lease transaction. Cenovus' local office, which houses its sales, marketing and logistics subsidiary – Husky Marketing and Supply Co. – will now be located in a 100,000-square-foot building within the mixed-use development.”

“An engineering and environmental consulting firm is moving to Polaris. Civil & Environmental Consultants Inc. is moving its more than 70 employees to Polaris in spring 2025. CEC has leased more than 22,000 square feet at 8800 Lyra Dr. CEC's current office is off Old Wilson Bridge Road in Worthington. Bill Acton, vice president of CEC, said the move is about providing a nice space for employees to work in. It also will be a recruitment and retention tool. "We owe it to our employees to give them a premium location," Acton told me. The building is next to the Polaris Hilton, which will be convenient for out of town clients and employees, and is located in front of a park with a pond and walking path, which will be an amenity for employees. Not to mention that the office is walkable to restaurants and shopping, Acton said. "The amenities around the building are a big reason we're moving," he said. "There is a lot going on around (Polaris)...""

“A Columbus construction and demolition landfill has a new owner. Full Circle took over Scott's C&D Landfill, at 1489 Harmon Ave., on Aug. 31. Full Circle is a subsidiary of Pittsburgh-based Iron City Waste Holdings, which is the entity that acquired the landfill. The purchase price was not disclosed. The landfill is now called Full Circle Disposal and Recycling. New hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. Full Circle Disposal and Recycling is one of three construction and demolition landfills in Columbus. It processes materials and waste from construction sites and sites where a structure has been demolished. The 206 acre facility accepts 1.1 million to 1.2 million cubic yards of trash per year.”
