“A Cardinal Health distribution center in Grove City has been acquired. The Denver office of Ares Management Corp. bought the 208,000-square-foot facility for $20.3 million, according to Franklin County property records. It sits on 21 acres at 6335 Seeds Road on the southern edge of the city. The seller was Becknell Industrial, the Indianapolis developer that built the warehouse on land it bought in 2019.Cardinal Health leases the facility and operations are not affected, a spokesman said via email.”

“Two of three Huntington buildings in downtown Columbus have sold for about $10.6 million. The bank in August announced that Downtown Columbus Inc. would buy the Huntington Plaza at 37 W. Broad St., the Wyandotte Building at 21 W. Broad St., and Huntington Bank Building at 17 S. High St. Huntington first announced it wished to sell the trio of buildings at the beginning of 2024.The building at 37 W. Broad St. sold for about $10 million on Dec. 30, according to Franklin County Auditor's records. A few days earlier, the Wyandotte Building was sold to an LLC with the same address as DCI for about $644,000."

“A Reynoldsburg retail center and restaurant outparcel have been acquired by an out-of-state investment firm. Elmsford, New York-based DLC Management Corp. bought the parcels for a combined $8.92 million, according to the Franklin County Auditor. The properties, located in the Taylor Square shopping complex, include a multi-tenant strip mall at 7643-7691 Farmsbury Dr. and a Noodles and Company restaurant at 2166 Baltimore-Reynoldsburg Road.”
