“An Italian manufacturing company has chosen Central Ohio for its expansion into the United States. De Angeli Prodotti, an electrical equipment manufacturer and distributor, will open a $42 million facility in London in nearby Madison County. It will be located in the former Honeywell Intelligrated plant at 475 E. High St. The project will create 231 jobs that will generate more than $12 million in annual payroll by the end of 2030. The factory will produce magnetic wires for transformers and generator windings. The products will help modernize electrical grids as energy demands rise in Ohio, the Midwest and across the country, according to the company. ‘Bringing De Angeli to the U.S. is a major milestone for our company and we are thrilled to make London our home,’ De Angeli President Luca Mora said in a press release from JobsOhio.”
