“What was once an 1,100-acre tract of farmland has steadily transformed into a master-planned community with multiple residential neighborhoods, commercial developments and a mixed-use district that mimics a downtown streetscape inside an unincorporated community in Delaware County. The Evans Farm development in Lewis Center started in 2016 with the construction of 142 homes and accompanying retail space. Today, there are more than 300 single-family homes, another 300-plus apartment units and 50,000 square feet of commercial space.”

“A Columbus cold storage facility developed by Crawford Hoying has been acquired. Carlsbad, California-based Aris Charter Street LLC bought the property for $75.7 million, according to the Franklin County Auditor. The 11.9-acre site, located at 2865 Charter St., includes a freezer-cooler building the Dublin developer built in partnership with BGO Cold Storage and Contegra Construction. The 179,000-square-foot facility is about 1 mile from I-270 and roughly 3 miles from I-70.”

“A new mixed-use development with a hotel and restaurant space could be coming to undeveloped farmland along I-70. West Jefferson Village Council will consider in May preliminary plans for a "high-quality" mixed-use development on about 18 acres at 5160 Route 29, according to an email from the city. The site offers approximately 14 developable acres.”
