Has your internship allowed you to network with other real estate professionals? If so, in what ways?

Working with the construction team, most of my networking has been done by creating new relationships with subcontractors that I have not worked with before.

What has been your favorite project to work on throughout your internship?

My favorite project to work on throughout my internship was creating a database for the team that translates estimates and budgets from all the Tenby projects in the last 7 years into current pricing.

What has been the biggest learning lesson you will take away from this internship?

The biggest lesson I’ve learned during my internship is the amount of time and work that is required before the project ever breaks ground.
